Bedroom Pop Ingenuity
By Ryan Smith AKA BDRMM
"Well I actually only have one shoe, but its totally fucked up, and the reason, is I'm not the brightest person and decided they'd be sensible footwear for Leeds festival. After a weekend of seeing bands such as Wytches, Drenge, QOTSA, Peace and Klaxons (before they split) safe to say, they'd had it "!

By The Lemon Twigs
"They have been condemned by the Lord! London is great. Swinging London and the like. We're big fans of the COLOURS and sounds of the old days, for example the Victorian age and the early days of The Floyd".

SKiNNER is anyone who's pissed off

Don't buy cigarettes, they're too expensive. Stick to rollies. Do all your music production yourself.

Asking "who am I" just led to an existential crisis
By Tom Clabon
"Here's a pair of brown boots I wear when I'm travelling round. Particularly useful in wet Manchester. They probably sum me up: boring, practical, plain and a little scruffy. I also like the fact that they make me taller, which helps with my Small Man Syndrome".

Not the Spanish Tame Impala
By Fran of Baywaves
"We think Fran, our bassist, has worn this shoes to most of our shows. They are really comfortable for dancing, he says. And he is quite a dancer, so the shoes are getting pretty worn out".
I can always become a knuckle ball pitcher for the Cubs
By Ian Ruhala of HALA
"Old Reliable. A pair of Vans Sk8-Hi's. I got these about a year and a half ago, and I absolutely love them. Great for gigging, skating, and doing just about anything. A lot of ankle support, I like that. I wore these a lot on our first tour in Brazil. I have had to change out the laces a million times but other than that they have held up pretty well".

Now this is a trainer competition...
By Colin, Joel and Drew of Lance Bangs
Joel: I don't have regular shoes I use for shows but you can catch me swaying on stage in these soon.
Drew: I had a pair of 993s dedicated to gigs that I just retired. They were coming apart and were redolent with sweat, piss, vomit, and Bud Heavy. These used to be my running shoes, but they have soft soles and made me a bit slow coming out the bottom of the cycle.

Kohl's, Pumas, and major bummers
"From left to right: Nate: he's a sick boy and only has one gig shoe. Lucas: he thought these were Vans but they're actually Puma's - major bummer! Trevor: Noel doesn't like these shoes and shamed them by calling them "Kohl's shoes" - turned out Trevor actually did buy them from Kohl's but he sports them with pride and is a damn good looking boy. Jeff: spring is right around the corner and Jeff pulled these guys out of the closet to help usher in some warmer weather cause no one likes touring in those sub zero temps! Noel: he shows more loyalty to these sneakers than the rest of the band does to theirs. These are Noel's day in, day out, ride or die show shoes cause he's not one of those weird drummer boys who play with no shoes".
